NFS (Non Fungible Stocks) is a no-code NFT launchpad and marketplace on Robinhood Chain, Robinhood's Ethereum Layer-2. You upload your art, choose the currency and the mint phases, and deploy your own smart contract in one transaction. Your collection instantly gets a public mint page and is listed on the marketplace.

Two things. Collections can be paid in any token on Robinhood Chain, including Stock Tokens and stablecoins, not only ETH. And every NFT can carry a vault: a fixed amount of that currency locked inside it, which the holder can redeem at any time by burning the NFT. That gives the collection a real floor value.

The creator sets a backing per NFT, say 10 USDG. When someone mints and pays, the platform fee is taken, 10 USDG go into the vault and the rest is the creator's revenue. If a phase is free or cheaper than the backing, the creator must fund a pool first from the dashboard, otherwise those mints are blocked. The creator can only ever withdraw what is above the locked backing. To redeem, the holder opens the NFT page and presses Redeem: the NFT is burned and the backing is sent to their wallet in the same transaction.

Launching is free: you only pay the network gas for the deployment transaction. NFS keeps a 2.5% fee on paid mints and a 2% fee on marketplace sales, in the same currency the collection uses. Free mints have no platform fee.

Any Ethereum wallet that supports custom networks: MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet, Rainbow and others. When you connect, NFS will offer to add Robinhood Chain to your wallet automatically. Gas is paid in ETH bridged to Robinhood Chain. To mint a collection priced in a token, you also need that token in your wallet and you approve it once before minting.

A collection can have up to ten phases, each with its own name, price, start and end time, limit per wallet and allocation. A phase can be public, restricted to an allowlist of wallets, restricted to holders of a specific NFT or token (a token gate), or both. Phases can overlap, and the creator can edit them at any time from the dashboard.

Collectors mint without knowing which piece they will get. Before minting starts, the order of the artwork is committed on-chain with a provenance hash, so nobody can rearrange it later. At reveal, the contract draws a random starting index and assigns the art. Once the collection is sold out, anyone can trigger the reveal, so it cannot be delayed or manipulated by the creator.

A folder of images (PNG, JPG, GIF, WEBP or SVG), one per NFT, up to 10,000 items. Optionally add a JSON file with the same name as each image to provide custom names, descriptions and traits. No art yet? The built-in generator turns a folder of layers into a full collection with traits and rarity. Everything is pinned to IPFS.

You do. Each collection is its own ERC-721 contract with your wallet as the owner. Mint proceeds accumulate in the contract and only you can withdraw them from the dashboard, except for the vault backing, which belongs to the NFT holders.

Listings are escrow-free: your NFT stays in your wallet, you simply approve the marketplace once per collection. A buyer pays the listed price in ETH in a single transaction that transfers the NFT, pays the creator royalty (ERC-2981) and sends you the rest. Backed NFTs keep their vault when they change hands.

Yes. Collections follow the ERC-721, ERC-2981 and OpenSea metadata standards, so marketplaces that index Robinhood Chain, such as OpenSea and Element, can display and trade them.

Phases, prices, dates, allowlists, token gates, pause, reveal and metadata can be changed by the owner from the dashboard. Maximum supply, currency, vault amount and reveal mode are fixed at launch so collectors can trust them.
